Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal – Sonvére
Returning orders
At Sonvére , you can return an order if you're not completely satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is complete with all parts and accessories, and the packaging is intact and undamaged.
- The product has been used normally; damage due to misuse or negligence will not be accepted.
- Products that are hygiene-sensitive must be completely clean before the return process starts.
Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition. Returns will be processed and confirmed within 7 business days once the product meets the requirements.
How to file a return
- To initiate a return:
- Send an email to: info@sonvere.com
- Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product with damage (if applicable)
- First and last name
- Address details
We will then send you the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This applies to natural persons making a purchase for private purposes and not for commercial or professional activities.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to info@sonvere.com.
The revocation is complete when we have received the returned product.
The costs for returning the goods are for the buyer.
Important: Because our products are shipped from Asia, delivery may take longer. Order cancellations are not possible once the goods are in transit. Please wait until you receive the products before returning them.
Refund
After receipt and approval of the returned product, we will refund all payments received, including the original shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from a different delivery method). The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Note: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
