Ordering
Q: How can I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your preferred size, and click “Add to Cart.” Complete the checkout process, and you'll receive an order confirmation email shortly.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
To ensure fast delivery, we start processing right away. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Q: I didn't get a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don't see it, contact us at info@sonvere.com .
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, Sonvére now only ships in Canada. All orders include free shipping.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Q: My tracking shows “no information available.”
Tracking updates can take a few days. If more than 5 business days pass with no update, email info@sonvere.com .
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we do.

Q:Are your items true to size?
Yes. Please refer to the Size Guide or Size Quiz on each product page for accurate measurements.
Q: What materials do you use?
Most of our products are made from premium cotton and polyester blends. You can find specific fabric details on each product page.
Q: Are your fabrics see-through?
No. We carefully select our fabrics to ensure comfort and full coverage.
Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. Join our email list or follow us on social media for restock updates.
Q: Do you offer custom sizing?
Not at the moment.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact info@sonvere.com to begin a return.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email info@sonvere.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you.
Q: Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay and paypal.

Taxes are included in your total at checkout. Customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.
